Are free Anti-Virus software any good?

Words to live by: “Good anti-virus software is not free, and free anti-virus software is not good.” Although there are some free programs that provide basic protection, anyone running a serious business with any compliance, intellectual property, or security concerns should look at professional anti-virus software. What is cloud backup?

Nightly backups into the Cloud (your cloud, our cloud, on-prem, etc.) occurs nightly. One of a number of services can be deployed here, such as a co-location solution, on-off premises solutions, and 3rd party storage are all options.  We have secure monitoring and reporting at every stage of the backup process.

What kind of response times can I expect?

CPC wants to meet and exceed your expectations. We have several services where a reasonable, course-of-business response time can be expected, as well as completed, 24/7 coverage of our products and services.

How are your contracts?

Our contracts vary to fit your need. CPC can work with a pay-as-you-go client, annual contract, or by purchasing a block of hours to be consumed through utilization of our award-winning bench of certified engineers. We want to find the solution that matches your budget and anticipate your needs.

What should I do before I call for help?

Document, document, document. Screen shots and a written description will help our staff easily track your issue and identify solutions. We will work with you to identify the issue, in some cases attempt to re-create it, and ultimately resolve the problem.

Can I switch from my current IGEL or NX provider to you?

Absolutely! CPC is the leading distributor and support system for both IGEL and NoMachine. In fact, Computer Products Corporation is the only provider and supporter of NoMachine in North America.
